1. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide. However, any import duty, taxes or charges if liable in the country of final delivery will be borne by the customer.
Also, all International orders for a flat Rs. 2,500 delivery charge.
2. Do you finish the saree?
Yes, we finish the saree with all necessary finishing including polish, fall and pico as a compliment so that it is ready to wear once it reaches you.
3. When can I expect my order to reach me?
We usually fulfil orders within 14-21 days. However, since all our products are handmade, sometimes it make take longer. In that case, the same would be communicated to you by our team. 4. Can I see more images, a quick video or a view the product on a video call?

5. How do you finish the Bandhani Sarees?
We recommend to keep the pallu of the saree crush or semi crush and open up the pleats. This is our usual practice which retains the beauty of the Bandhani so that you can enjoy the craft for a longer time until it opens up with use. If this is something that you do not please, and want your saree to be completely roll pressed, you can always let us know via WhatsApp or Email.
6. The product is not of my size. How can I go about it?
Our usual product size is chest size 38. However, we will always alter the product to your size as compliment, before shipping it out. All you need to do is to send your measurement to +91 9930011514 via WhatsApp or enter it here.
7. Do you offer blouse stitching?
Yes, if you would like us to stitch the blouse piece, we offer non padded stitching at Rs. 5000 and padded stitching at Rs. 5500. Let us know about the same via WhatsApp at +91 9930011514 before placing your order. We would then let you know the about the required details and process of payment for the extra charge.
8. How is Bandhani done?
Bandhani is a hand tie and dye process. Minute portions of fabric are picked with hand and tied using s cotton thread. The fabric is then dyed into a desired colour. The tied portions do not seep in the colour and therefore are resisted. Through this way Bandhani is achieved. Since its a hand done process, any irregularities are purely a part of the process. A saree may come with varying sizes of Bandhani dots and it is not termed as a defect.
